Time for another email. Straight to it then:
1) 28th October Race - Back to BUMPS for this one, £12, meet at 3.30pm in the Concourse, back for 7pm at the latest. If you're interested, email back as soon as you can saying so.
2) 4th November Race - It's been a while coming, but we are booked and ready to go to East Hull Wheels, perhaps better known to the more senior HUGS members as Fast Track, on 4th November. Cost for this race will be £25 and it looks to be one of the highlights of the new year. No one in the society today has raced at this track, if you're interested then its not too early to confirm your race seat, we are taking bookings now, as we are for the following race...
3) 11th November Race - Again at BUMPS, this will be the last opportunity in almost a month to race at the home track, have a generally good, casual race and do so on the cheap! As always, £12, 3.30pm-7pm, meet in Concourse, not too early to book your race seat for this either!
4) Apologies - For those drivers that came to the Concourse Lounge yesterday hoping to race at Chequered Flag Karting in Grimsby, I'd like to personally say sorry that it didn't work out in the end. The reason we never left for the circuit was due to transport, we had several drivers pull out with prior commitments and although we did our best to find alternative solutions, it just didn't work out in the end. Thank you for your patience and I hope you come karting again with us in at least one of the races listed above.
5) Minibus Drivers - If you have already registered an interest in passing your minibus licence test for the society, we will get in touch shortly. If you haven't and would like to volunteer to do the test, it is free and we obviously need all the drivers we can get! If you're interest, please reply saying so and thanks very much for helping us out!
